Blown Studio Private Limited ("Blown", "we", "us") offers a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To start a return, email customer.care@blown.co.in. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, email customer.care@blown.co.in.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For same-item exchanges, contact customer.care@blown.co.in.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Non-gift returns are refunded to the original purchaser.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
