Blown Studio Private Limited ("Blown", "we", "us") ships pan-India. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or SMS.
Blown delivers pan-India. Shipping location limitations are determined by our courier partners.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a shipment confirmation email containing tracking number(s) once your order ships. The delivery executive will contact you on your registered mobile number if needed.
Blown is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Blown is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside India.
